Co-Authoring with NADrPH: Leading with Heart in Public Health

I’m excited to share a new piece I co-authored with my incredible colleagues at the National Association for Doctors of Public Health (NADrPH) — Veronica N. and Charanya Sundar — now featured on the de Beaumont Foundation blog!

The Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) degree prepares leaders to tackle complex public health challenges, develop practical solutions, and work hand-in-hand with communities to improve health outcomes.

For me, the DrPH has always been about centering people. It’s about asking:
🩺 How do we listen more deeply?
🤝 How do we build trust?
🌍 How do we create solutions that last and honor the lived experiences of those most impacted?

I’m so grateful to share in this work with colleagues who believe that leadership in public health isn’t just about strategy — it’s about heart. 💕

💡The National Association for Doctors of Public Health (NADrPH) is a community by and for DrPHers — a space to connect, grow, and lead together in advancing public health impact.
